If you need help with a laptop I know alot about computers. Is it Mac or PC?

It's a pc.. I dunno if it's a hardware or software problem..

it's used so it's bond to have problems..

Go to start, then go to Run. type in "msconfig" a menue will pop up, go to the tab marked startup. Then uncheck everything. Restart your comp after you save changes. That should speed you up quight a bit.

no I don't think it's any of the start ups.. this compy is fairly clean...
it freezes when im on my browser or anything else.. or music and the browser.. music alone is fine...
I hard boot it to turn it off and I turn it on again it wont boot. It will boot sometimes, but it'll freeze again.. the process repeats itself.. last time it was only lasting from 10 to 15 min..

Sounds like hardware problems. Most probably your RAM is burning out. Dose your laptop use built in ram or slotted?

If you got 2 then try removing 1 and then seeing if the problem continues. Remember not to unplug a card unless power is off and computer has been unplauged for like a minet and there is no chance of static shock
